Smiles from Heaven is a non-profit organization dedicated to connecting the community with recovery resources through the distribution of delicious baked goods. Established in loving memory of founder Lisa McGuire’s son, Stephen, and her grandmother, this charity serves as a testament to their legacies by spreading joy and support through home-baked goods.
Numero Uno is a family run shop baking thin-crust gourmet pizza and slices with the freshest ingredients possible. Everything from their dough to their sauce are made in-house. They make significant contributions to the community and are well respected for it.
The Heart Tattoo Society primarily supports marginalized individuals in the Downtown Eastside through community meal programs and provides sizeable donations of food and supplies to many organizations throughout Vancouver.
